We’re looking for an awesome company to share some space with us.

We are a small marketing and design company with a great space in South Austin near South Lamar and Ben White. We have a 4-room suite with an opening in one of our exterior offices (we’ll call this the “rentable office”). The rentable office is semi-private and currently has one tenant who is moving out in October. We are looking to rent the open desk to an additional tenant.

While this is shared space, it’s a much better value than co-working. The space is large and the office can be locked so you are free to leave items overnight (like monitors, files, etc).

Here’s the deal:

• $300 per month rent. No other fees unless you pay online there is a $10 fee for paying via paypal or credit card. No security deposit required.
• Use of Address / Ability to have mail delivered.
• Access to wireless internet no charge.
• 1 desk/chair in the office
• 3 month commitment. Then we’ll switch to month to month after that. If you go month-to-month after the initial 3 months, we ask for 60 days notice.
• Use of the conference room (must be scheduled in advance)
• Use of the printer for up to 100 copies/printouts and unlimited scanning per month (if you print more than 100, we ask that you bring in some ink or paper to compensate!)
• You will be sharing the office with 1 other person. You can use the conference room if you have any loud or confidential phone calls.
