Services – Support & Maintenance
Website care plans built around your business.
Your site, always current and ready for growth.
Running a business is enough. Websites don't maintain themselves, and most business owners have better things to do than babysit plugins and wonder if their site still tells the right story. We handle the updates, document the changes, and stay current on your site so you never have to think about it.

How Our Support Plans Work
We love getting to know our customers. After you sign up, our project manager and WordPress expert will reach out to learn more about your site, your goals, and any concerns.
From there, we’ll set up tools to monitor your site’s performance and keep everything running smoothly. Our regular maintenance covers:
- WordPress plugin and theme updates
- Uptime monitoring
- Automated backups
- Daily security checks
- Site changelog and documentation
Each time site updates are done, we put our human eyes on your site to make sure everything is running smoothly. You’ll also get a monthly report so you can see how your site is doing without lifting a finger.

Coverage Definitions:
Small task
A small task is a single, clearly described update that requires no clarifying questions, no design judgment, and can be completed quickly.
Turnaround on small tasks are typically 1 business day.
Examples: updating a phone number, swapping a headshot, fixing a broken link, correcting a typo.
Scoped task
A scoped task requires judgment and planning, self-contained, completable within the month.
Turnaround on design scoped tasks is typically 3-5 business days.
Examples: new page or section, design refresh, basic form setup, navigation restructure.
Project
A project anything requiring a discovery conversation, cross-site changes, or unknown complexity. Always quoted separately regardless of plan.
Note: Design requests using existing brand assets on file may qualify as scoped tasks. Requests requiring new brand development or strategic design decisions are always quoted as projects.

FAQ
As many as you want — we don't cap requests. What we do is triage them based on your plan. If a request fits what your plan covers, we take care of it and let you know when it's done. If something falls outside your plan's scope, we'll tell you before we start and give you a firm quote first.
Note: Phone consultations and training sessions aren't included in any plan and are quoted separately.
A small task is a single, clearly described update with no back-and-forth needed — things like swapping a photo, fixing a typo, or updating a phone number. A scoped task involves some judgment and planning: a new page, a section redesign, a form update. If we receive a request that goes beyond your plan's scope, we'll let you know and send a quick quote before touching anything.
Depending on your plan, we do this annually, semi-annually, or quarterly. Before we dig in, we'll send you a short intake form to fill out: it's a chance to catch us up on what's changed since we last spoke, whether that's new services, a shifted audience, team changes, or just a general sense that something feels off.
From there, we review your site across three areas: how it looks (visual consistency), how it sounds (messaging and copy tone), and how well it reflects where your business actually is today (business alignment). You'll get a brief report summarizing what we found along with any recommendations.
It's not an audit and it's not a to-do list. It's a gut check to make sure your site is still working for you. Any updates that come out of it are handled separately through the normal maintenance request process.
