New Office Space – Share it with Us!

Alt Creative is moving to a new permanent home later this month. We have some extra space and we are looking for a small 1-2 person company to share our space.
The space is near Central Market on S. Lamar and has a reception area, 2 offices with windows and one interior conference room. We are looking to rent out the larger window office.

The office will lease for $450/mo and we are looking for a tenant for at least 6 months.

Amenities include:
– A private lockable office inside our office suite
– Unlimited use of the conference room (must be scheduled in advance)
– High Speed Internet (wireless, but if you have VOIP phone we can open a physical port)
– Use of the printer for up to 100 copies/printouts and unlimited scanning per month
– Furnished office (optional) with 2 desks, 2 chairs, a whiteboard, and a filing cabinet (and maybe a shelf).
