What types of requests can I submit via the Support Request form?
You can submit any website update, support issue, or maintenance task such as text or image swaps, new pages/sections, layout tweaks, plugin updates, bug fixes, or troubleshooting errors.
What happens after I submit my request?
If we estimate your request will take less than an hour, we’ll proceed automatically and notify you when it’s complete. If it’s more involved, we’ll follow up with a time/cost estimate before starting.
What should I include in the “Support Request Details” field?
Please include:
- URL(s) of the page(s) to update or where the issue appears
- A clear description of what to add, edit, or fix
- Links to any docs/assets in cloud storage (with sharing turned on)
- Your desired timeline/publish date if applicable
How do I report a bug or technical issue?
Include:
- What’s happening vs. what you expected
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Your browser + device
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible (upload or share a link)
Can I upload files with my request?
Yes. You can attach up to 15 files (max 100 MB each). For larger files, use the Dropbox upload link shown above the file field.
What if my request involves new content or functionality?
Tell us exactly what you’d like to add or change (with relevant URLs), your target publish date, and include the new copy, images, or supporting content.
Do I need to provide login details?
Only if we don’t already have access. If needed, include temporary credentials securely in the details field or add them to the Password File in your client/project folder (if applicable).
Will I be billed for my request?
Requests are subject to your maintenance plan or our hourly rate. If we estimate your request will take less than an hour, we’ll proceed automatically and invoice you if your plan does not include any labor hours. If we estimate the work to take longer than 1 hours, we’ll send you an estimate and confirm before work begins. See our Terms of Service.
How long will it take?
Minor requests are typically completed within one business day. Larger or complex requests will include an estimated timeline after review.
How will I know when my update is complete?
We’ll send an email confirmation when the work is finished or if we need clarification. For larger updates, we may send a staging link for your approval before going live.
