How do I access my client portal?
You can log in anytime at
alt-creative.invoicing.co/client/login.
Use the same email address where you receive your invoices. If this is your first time logging in, click “Forgot your password?” to set up a new one. You’ll receive an email link to create your login credentials.

How do I update my company or contact information?
After logging in:
Your updated information will automatically appear on future invoices.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Click Edit next to your company or contact details.
- Update your name, company name, address, or phone number.
- Click Save Changes.

How do I view or download invoices?
From your dashboard:
You can also see the status of each invoice — Paid, Unpaid, or Past Due.
- Click Invoices in the left-hand menu.
- Select any invoice to view details, download as PDF, or make a payment.

How do I update my payment method for recurring invoices?
If you’re on a recurring payment plan:
Any updates you make will automatically apply to future recurring payments.
- Log in to your client portal.
- Go to Payments → Payment Methods.
- Add or update your credit card or bank info.
- Set your preferred method as default.

What if I can’t access my account?
If you can’t log in:
- Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
- Make sure you’re using the same email associated with your invoices.
- If you still can’t access your account, contact us at support@alt-creative.com.
