Need help with the client portal?

Below are some Frequently Asked Questions about accessing information in the client portal.

Client Portal & Invoicing FAQ

You can log in anytime at alt-creative.invoicing.co/client/login.

Use the same email address where you receive your invoices. If this is your first time logging in, click “Forgot your password?” to set up a new one. You’ll receive an email link to create your login credentials.

Your client dashboard lets you:
  • View and download invoices
  • See payment history
  • Pay invoices online
  • Manage saved payment methods
  • Update your company and contact details

It’s the easiest way to keep your billing info up to date and ensure recurring payments run smoothly.

After logging in:
  1. Go to the Profile section.
  2. Click Edit next to your company or contact details.
  3. Update your name, company name, address, or phone number.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Your updated information will automatically appear on future invoices.

From your dashboard:
  1. Click Invoices in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select any invoice to view details, download as PDF, or make a payment.

You can also see the status of each invoice — Paid, Unpaid, or Past Due.

If you’re on a recurring payment plan:
  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. Go to Payments → Payment Methods.
  3. Add or update your credit card or bank info.
  4. Set your preferred method as default.

Any updates you make will automatically apply to future recurring payments.

If you can’t log in:
  • Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
  • Make sure you’re using the same email associated with your invoices.
  • If you still can’t access your account, contact us at support@alt-creative.com.
